  BAD ASTRONAUT - THE FINAL RELEASE

The new, and sadly final Bad Astronaut album will be released on November 11th on Fat Wreck / Shock. It's called 'Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment', and features 13 tracks of captivating indie/rock. Four years in the making, the results are amazing given the fact the majority of the album was put together after drummer Derrick Plaude's passing in March 2005. Joey Cape and co. have managed to use drum tracks Derrick recorded before his death on the majority of the album's songs. You'll be hard pressed to find a more sincere album come out this year. For a sample you can hear the track 'Autocare' [Here], if you read the Blog, Joey explains the background of the song. Make sure you pick it up in a couple of weeks.
