After launching in Australia in August and firmly lodging itself in the ARIA Music DVD Charts, Metal Down Under is being unleashed in the UK and Europe through Plastic Head Distribution on November 10th. A few years in the making, ‘Metal Down Under‘ is presented across three 55 minute episodes and features interviews with over 40 folks from the metal scene in Australia. There is also as rare archive footage and photographs from Metal for the Brain, Metal for Melbourne, Big Day Out, SBS, music videos, live concerts and much more. ‘Metal Down Under‘ is the brainchild of lifelong metal fan and film maker Nick Calpakdjian who wrote and directed the project.
