Fronted by songwriter / bassist Joel Tannenbaum from legendary Philly punk outfit Plow United and featuring Beach Slang drummer and noted artist JP Flexner, ‘Animal Needs‘ is the follow-up to Ex Friends’ recent debut LP, ‘Rules For Making Up Words‘ which came out through Paper & Plastick. The four-song EP will be released on May 13th on 7″ and digital formats via Coolidge Records. The tracks were recorded by Arik Victor (Bouncing Souls, Kill Your Idols, Crime in Stereo) and mastered by Descendents’ Stephen Egerton.
