Freak Wave set the date for new album
on April 15th, 2014Freak Wave will release their debut full length ‘Don’t Let Me Down‘ via Poison City Records on June 6th. Self recorded at The Reverence Hotel and mixed by Michael Fitzgerald, the release follows 2013′s self titled 12″ which came in at #1 in our ‘Top Short Form Releases of 2013‘ list, and scored them support slots for the likes of Sebadoh, Lemuria, Cheap Girls and more. You can stream the track ‘Shoot For The Cure‘ below. Pre-orders will be available from this Wednesday via Poison City. To launch it, they’ll play the Public Bar in Melbourne on Friday 6th June, Black Wire Records in Sydney on Friday 13th June, Crowbar in Brisbane on the 14th and a free instore at TYM Guitars in Brisbane on Sunday 15th.
