Geelong’s Nathan Seeckts has released his debut solo EP ‘Deviation Road‘. Nathan engineered and produced the release himself in his own studio between May and July of this year and also released the EP independently. In the 12 months since he has started playing solo shows, Nathan has shared the stage with the likes of Darren Gibson, Jamie Hay, Donnie Dureau, Graveyard Train and many more, as well as a trip to Sydney for Blood, Sweat and Beers #5 earlier this year. Inspired by artists such as Ben Nichols, Paul Kelly and Bruce Springsteen, Nathan’s narratives conjure images of long forgotten Geelong landmarks, whiskey fuelled nights and the inevitable love and loss that comes from living in a small town.
