It’s a raucous and rollicking romp overflowing with punk rock energy, folk soul, and Irish spirit. Fueled by fiery riffs and unforgettable choruses, Going Out In Style traces the journey of Cornelius Larkin, whether it’s the Irish immigrant’s first person account of his own wake or the band’s in depth interpretation of his life and lineage throughout the album’s lyrics, it’s the party to end all parties. Just like the band’s live shows, something Australia is no stranger to, and after tearing it up on the No Sleep Til Festival last year, Dropkick Murphys are headed back to our shores this October for a headline tour. Joining them on these dates will be Tennessee outfit Lucero. We got a taste last year when frontman Ben Nichols came out on the Revival Tour, ever since, punters have been crying out for a Lucero tour.
