It has taken 22 years of trying, but Symphony X are finally making their way to Australia for the first time next week.
With a career spanning 9 full-length albums, and currently touring behind their 2015 album ‘Underworld‘, the group have now set their sights on a quick trip down under playing exclusive shows in Melbourne at Max Watt’s on October 11th and Sydney’s Metro Theatre on October 12th.
Limited tickets remain for both shows if you want to head along, snap one up now.
Symphony X from the beginning has been known for their sprawling compositions, neo-classical guitar work, and majestic symphonic elements.
Formed by Michael Romeo in 1994, the band over the years has created an innovative mixture of heavy metal, progressive rock and (Neo) classical sounds.
Joining them will be Melbourne melodic power metal act Black Majesty.
With six albums under their belts & previous appearances at fests such as Wacken Open Air, Masters Of Rock, Screamfest & tour supports with the likes of Saxon, Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Hammerfall, Primal Fear, Edguy & Dragonforce, Black Majesty are at their prime.
