To celebrate the release of their debut album ‘Monster,‘ out October 21st, Wollongong’s Graves have announced a tour to launch it on which they’ll be joined by US band Kublai Khan, as well as Justice For The Damned, and Cursed Earth.
They have also premiered the second single from ‘Monster,’ ‘Erase‘.
Give it a listen below.
The five piece have spent the last few years pushing relentlessly through the Australian heavy music scene with one simple understanding; hard work pays off. After spending the year supporting Aussie acts like Confession, Thy Art Is Murder, and Parkway Drive, and currently touring the country supporting Suicide Silence, it’s time for the fruits of their labour to be tasted.
After self-releasing their EP ‘Pestilence‘ back in 2013, and dropping the single ‘506‘, the band hit the studio with Sonny Truelove, using what they have learnt through constant touring to craft a tight and cohesive album; holding true to their DIY ethic and worship of heavy music to produce something from the heart.
You can pre-order the album now digitally on iTunes [Here], or physically [Here].
A video clip for the first single ‘Fear‘ was released back when the album was announced. Watch that below while browsing the new tour dates.
