After last week announcing, and releasing a taste of his solo debut EP ‘Proper Ganda‘ for this November, Ezekiel Ox has now announced three live shows to launch the release.
Hitting the drums for the shows is co-producer and multi-instrumental weapon Steven Smith. On bass will be Sarox Martin and on guitar Drew Goddard.
The shows are locked in for Cambridge Hotel in Newcastle on Thursday 24th November, The Factory Floor in Sydney on Friday 25th November and Saturday 26th November at Northcote Social Club in Melbourne.
The first single from the EP, ‘My Name‘ is available now on Bandcamp [Here]. A video clip for the track can also be seen below.
The clip mashes together footage of Ox’s electrifying stage antics, his dedicated crowds and Melbourne’s anti-racism street movement.
Ox has rocked the major Aussie festivals and the UK with former band Mammal, toured the US with Full Scale and spent over a decade building a reputation as one of Australia’s best frontmen.
Now the time has finally arrived. Ox is stepping into the limelight solo in his classic rock-quartet format with his unique soaring vocals, politically charged lyrics and up-front rock & roll attitude.
Stay tuned for more EP information soon.
