San Francisco’s Deafheaven have announced a run of Australian club shows for June, complementing a slot on Sydney’s 2016 VividLIVE program.
The band released ‘New Bermuda‘ in 2015 via Anti- to rave reviews worldwide. It was produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Jack Shirley who has worked with the band on their previous releases.
Formed in 2010 in San Francisco, California, the band had previously released two studio albums on Deathwish; ‘Roads to Judah‘ in 2011 and their lauded ‘Sunbather‘ in 2013.
They will play the Joan Sutherland Theatre at the Sydney Opera House for VividLIVE, then headline shows at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne, Crowbar in Brisbane and Rosemount Hotel in Perth. Tickets are on sale now via handsometours.com
