Enter Shikari will kick off their Australian tour tonight at Metropolis in Fremantle.
On Wednesday night they play HQ in Adelaide, The Forum in Melbourne on Friday, UNSW Roundhouse in Sydney on Saturday and The Tivoli in Brisbane on Sunday.
Joining them on the tour are Hands Like Houses and Hellions. Tickets are still available if you want to head along. Click [Here] for ticket links.
Last week the band released a video for the track ‘Torn Apart’, directed by Mike Tyler who was also responsible for the video for the band’s previous single ‘Anaesthetist‘.
The track is the third single from the UK Top 10 album ‘The Mindsweep‘, and follows hot on the heels of the announcement of their nominations for ‘Best British Band’ and ‘Best Single’ (for ‘Anaesthetist’) in this year’s Kerrang! Magazine Awards.
‘The Mindsweep’ was released in January 2015 through Ambush Reality / Play It Again Sam Recordings / Liberator Music and is the fourth full-length studio album from Enter Shikari since forming at school in 2003. Since the album’s release, the band have undertaken a sold out UK tour and comprehensive treks around both Europe and North America. After these Australian dates, they embark upon a huge run of European Summer festivals.
