Melbourne’s Decimatus will release their new album ‘Catalyst For Rage‘ independently this Friday. Their sound has been likened to a modern hybrid of Testament, Pantera and Lamb Of God.
After releasing their debut EP ‘The Betrayer‘ in early 2012, the band quickly began filling rooms around their home city and the EP received rave reviews from metal and general music press alike. By mid 2012, they unleashed their second EP ‘II‘ and embarked on a national tour which included several festival dates. After lineup changes in 2013 the band got to work on this debut album, recording at Legion Studios with Julian Renzo.
